When the sun comes out in Zandvoort accommodation can be hard to find. Some people book their accommodation months in advance, even from one year to the next (which tends to be true of apartments more than hotels and guest houses) but for many it's a last-minute decision based on whether the weather is good.

The weather in Zandvoort, as with most of northern Europe, can be changeable and not every summer is guaranteed wall to wall sunshine. However, there are usually weeks and weekends during July and August when Zandvoort's weather turns sultry and warm. It's also at this time when many events are staged in and around the town and together all of this makes the town come truly alive, the beach in particular.

Well, if you can then you will be quite different to the many others who will be doing so this week and for the next several weeks to come. We hope that good weather prevails and lasts - Zandvoort has so much to offer when the sun shines!

Zandvoort Hotels - Unterkunft Mit Geschichte

Vor einem Besuch nach Zandvoort, suchen die meisten Menschen gute Unterkunft - ein Hotel, Apartement oder Pension. Viele Hotels in Badeorten haben Gäste, die Jahr für Jahr wieder kommen und Zandvoort ist keine Ausnahme. Die Tradition der Menschen die wieder in die gleiche Unterkunft in Zandvoort kommen ist gut etabliert. Zunächst habe ich und meine Familie nur 5 Orte geblieben - über 30 Jahren! Im Anfang war es ein Zimmer mit Frühstück (Pension), dann fanden wir eine große Ferienwohnung - der Besitzer war eine Freundin von einem Familienfreund. Die Ferienwohnung war auf dem Boulevard Paulus Loot und blickte auf das Meer. Wir unterkunften dort für viele Jahre. Allerdings gab es Zeiten, in denen die Wohnung nicht verfügbar war, so haben wir ein Hotel gebucht. Die Hotels in Zandvoort sind vielfältig - ein paar 4-Sterne-Hotels und eine Handvoll von kleineren, familiengeführten Hotels.Es ist schwierig zu sagen, welche die beste Wahl ist für die Unterkunft in Zandvoort. Es hängt auf auf Ihre Bedürfnisse ab. Zum Beispiel .... wieviel Zeit Sie in der Unterkunft verbringen möchten, ob Sie Kinder haben und natürlich was Sie für Budget haben.
Unterkunft für Touristen war lange Zeit in Zandvoort etabliert. Viele Menschen waren dort für die  Spa-Behandlung. Vor über 150 Jahren wurde das erste Badhotel gebaut und eine Reihe von Hotels folgten.

Dazu gehörten das Hotel d'Orange, das Badhotel Driehuizen (oben) und das Grand Hotel. Alle 3 Hotels waren nahbei dem Strand mit Meerenblick. Alle 3 waren schöne Beispiele der Architektur aus dieser Zeit. Das Hotel d'Orange in Zandvoort war vor allem bemerkenswert. Es hatte vier Türmen, über 100 Zimmer, ein Konzert Theater und sogar eine Eislaufring.Sie können mehr über die alten Hotels in Zandvoort lesen und lernen. Es sorgt für faszinierende Lektüre und hoffentlich wird es Sie begeistern, um die Stadt zu besuchen. Ween Sie über den Boulevard de Favauge flanierenden, bitte atmen Sie die frische Meeresluft, die Augen schließen und sich vorstellen, in der Zeit zurück zu reisen (mehr als einem Jahrhundert) und vielleicht werden Sie das Hotel d'Orange in seiner Blütezeit sehen. :)

Zandvoort is a popular destination for day trippers from Amsterdam and indeed most parts of The Netherlands. It is also a favourite of many German people who come here for their summer vacation or long weekends if there is a special event taking place.
